The Board of Directors meets every other month to review all submitted grant applications and make funding decisions based on community impact, alignment with the Foundation's mission, and available resources. Funding awards typically range from $500 to $10,000 per request, depending on the scope and nature of the initiative. All decisions are made by majority vote of the full Board.
